Have Faith In Yourself To Survive Guided Meditation

Welcome to the have faith in yourself guided meditation. Seek out the quietest, safest place you can find and make yourself comfortable. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Now push that breath out through your mouth.

Again, take a deep breath in through your nose. Now push that breath out through your mouth. One more time, take a deep breath in through your nose. Push that breath out through your mouth.

One of the biggest responsibilities you have is to yourself, to love yourself unconditionally, and to recognize that you have what it takes to survive anything.

You don't need to say, do, or be anything to believe that you can survive.

It is merely a truth.

A truth that you need to recognize. Shift your focus back to your breath.

With every inhale, feel the energy filling your lungs. With every exhale, you push doubt and fear out of your body.

Your breath comes automatically, this in and of itself is a symbol of your inherent worthiness. You don't have to do anything. You don't have to be anything.

Your breath comes naturally and it supports you. You prove your worthiness without effort.

But when you focus on your breath it helps ground you in the present. With each breath, you settle. With each breath, you grow calm. With each breath, it brings your body and mind into balance.

By choosing this meditation you have chosen to practice self-love. This is a sign of your faith in yourself. By choosing this meditation you choose to recognize how disconnected you have become from self-love. It is a reminder that you hold self-love at a distance and in doing so you hide from the truth that you are worthy. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth.

Again, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. One more time, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth.

The negative stories that you tell yourself cover your light, love, and shade you from the faith in yourself. You have been creating these stories your entire life. As you internalize these stories you give them fuel and you can live them out. Do not give them meaning. Do not give them energy. Those stories are separating you from your truth. Let us change the story.

Repeat after me. I believe in my power. I will make an active choice to always believe in myself.

I will intentionally choose to support myself. No matter what, I know I can survive anything. My life is filled with joy and the difficult times are temporary.

They are an obstacle I am strong enough to overcome. While I know I have all limitations, we all do, I know that they do not limit me. Even when life gets tough, I can achieve whatever I want as long as I keep trying.

Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. Again, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. One more time, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. I want you to think of a time you faced a major obstacle and overcame it.

Visualize yourself standing face to face with that obstacle. You are here now because you survived that obstacle just as you have survived countless obstacles throughout your life. Visualize yourself dealing with that obstacle just as you did the first time, but this time instill yourself with confidence because you already know the outcome.

You overcame. You always overcome. Have faith in yourself to survive just as you always do. Repeat after me. I choose me. I choose faith.

I deserve self-compassion, I am worth self-confidence, I deserve self-belief. Take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it.

Now push that breath out through your mouth. Again, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. Hold it.

One more time, take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it. Now push that breath out through your mouth. Ease your breathing as you bend into a light stretch, rolling your shoulders and your neck.

Allow your stretch to continue through the rest of your body, shaking off the meditative state you were in and preparing your body to return to your day. When you are ready, you may resume the day.
