These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply exclusively to your access to, and use of, The Living Tree Company website, mobile applications and online Stores (collectively, the "Sites") of. If you are using the Sites on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on such entity's behalf and that such entity agrees to indemnify you and Frontier for its violations of these Terms. 

These Terms are separated into two parts. Part One applies to all users, but Part Two only applies to those who make a purchase with us. 

Frontier reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. If Frontier makes changes to these Terms, we will provide you with notice of such changes, such as by sending an email, posting a notice on our Sites or updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Sites will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to frequently review the Terms to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Sites. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Sites. Any use of the Sites in violation of these Terms may result in, among other things, termination of your account.

Privacy Polices

Welcome to our online store.  We are sensitive to your concerns about how we may use and share personal information that we collect from you through our Store. The Store is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our visitors and members and have established this Privacy Policy statement ("Privacy Policy") as a result. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use and Account Agreement and therefore governs your use of the Store and/or any other Stores offered by The Living Tree Company. By visiting the Store, you are accepting the then current practices described in this Privacy Policy. 

The Living Tree Company uses cookies to collect information around abandoned shopping carts. A cart is considered abandoned within one hour of inactivity/lack of purchase. 



Information You Provide to Us.  We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you become an associate member; create an online account or profile; use the interactive areas and features of our Stores; make a purchase; sign up for or participate in contests, promotions, surveys, mailing lists, classes, events; and when you email, call, or otherwise communicate with us. 

The types of information we may collect include your name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, zip code, photos, videos, social media usernames, payment information, demographic information, information about your interests and preferences, dietary requirements/preferences, and any other information you choose to provide. 

In some cases, we may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you purchase a gift card for someone and request that we deliver it electronically or decide to purchase and ship products to someone.  We will use this information to fulfill your requests and will not send marketing communications to your contacts unless they separately consent to receive these types of communications from us. 


Information We Collect Automatically. We may also automatically collect information about you when you access or use the Stores or transact business with us, including: Transaction Information: When you purchase or return a product, we collect information about the transaction, such as product details and the date and location of the purchase/return. 

Log Information: We obtain information about your use of our websites, including the type of browser you use, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Stores. 

Device Information: We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Stores, such as the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and browsing behavior. 

Location Information: We may collect information about your location when you access or use one of our mobile applications or otherwise consent to the collection of this information. For more details, please see "Your Choices" below. 

Information Collected by Cookies and other Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies to collect information about you and your interaction with our Stores, including information about your browsing behavior, purchase behavior, and other engagement with the Stores. We use this information in one or more of the ways described in the "Use of Information" section below. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default, but you can usually change your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. In addition to browser cookies, Adobe Systems Inc. may set a "flash cookie" on your computer or mobile device when you view videos on or via links from our Stores. Information We Collect from Other Sources. We may also receive information about you from other sources and combine or link that with information we have about you. For example, if you use your credentials from a third-party social media site (e.g., Facebook) to log into your account or interact with us, we may collect information about you, such as your name, account information and friends list, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site. 


We use the information we collect about you for a variety of purposes, for example, to: administer your associate membership and communicate with you about associate member benefits (such as your rebate balance and special offers only available to associate members); provide and deliver products and Stores, process and complete transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations, invoices, updates, security alerts, recall notices and support and administrative messages; provide, maintain, and improve the Stores; investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service; communicate with you about Frontier and partner retailers on products, Stores, offers, promotions, news, upcoming events, and other information we think will be of interest to you; monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities; personalize the Stores and provide advertisements, content, or features that are targeted toward your interests; process and deliver contest or sweepstakes entries and prizes; link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better service; and carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected. 

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law.  By accessing or using our Stores or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries. 


We may share personal information about you outside of The Living Tree Company, including as follows: 

with third parties who complete transactions or perform Stores on our behalf; when you sign up for and participate in the interactive areas of our Store, certain information about you may be displayed publicly on our Store and on third-party sites, such as your photos, stories, posts, product and company reviews, wish lists and other information you choose to provide; in connection with, or during negotiations of, a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, joint venture, corporate reorganization, insolvency or bankruptcy, financing or sale of company assets; in response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;  - to enforce our agreements, policies, and Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property, and safety of The Living Tree Company, our members and associate members, our customers, or any other persons; and with your consent. 

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you. 


The Stores may offer social sharing features or other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on the Stores with other media, and vice versa.  The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the third party that provides the social sharing feature.  For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the third parties that provide these features. 


The Living Tree Company takes reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including but not limited to SSL technology and tokenized payment information, to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. 


Your Information. You may update or correct your online account information by logging into your online account and updating your information or by calling Customer Service. If you would like to update or correct your membership information, you may do so by completing our Update Your Associate Membership Information form or by calling Customer Service. 

Promotional Communications. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications. We may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your purchases, account, associate membership or our ongoing business relations. 

Location Information. You also have the ability to turn location-based Stores on and off by adjusting the settings of your Internet browser or mobile device.  You can also stop our collection of location information in connection with our mobile applications by following the standard uninstall process and removing all The Living Tree Company applications from your mobile device. 

Mobile Push Notifications/Alerts.  With your consent, we may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to your mobile device.  You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device. 


We allow third parties to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics Stores. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Stores and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by The Living Tree Company and these third parties to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Stores and other websites, and better understand your online activity. This Policy does not apply to, and we are not responsible for, third party cookies, web beacons, or other tracking technologies and we encourage you to check the privacy policies of these third parties to learn more about their privacy practices. We also collect, use and post product reviews on our Stores.  When you submit a product review, you become subject to the terms of use and privacy policy. The reviews you submit may be posted on our Stores and even on third-party sites.  


Frontier may change this Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the Effective Date above and, in some cases we may but are not required to provide you with more prominent notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification). Return Policies 

We're dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality products and service. In the unlikely event of problems with your order, we will work with you to quickly and satisfactorily correct the situation according to the return policies outlined below. To make sure your returns are processed quickly and accurately, we ask that you contact us at

  1. The Living Tree Company will accept returns within 14 days of the invoice date. 

  1. Requests for product returns must be made in writing and receive approval from The Living Tree Company before replacement merchandise or a credit memo can be issued. To avoid delays, do not ship returns until this process is complete. 

  1. In order to receive full credit, all returns must be in saleable condition and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Products with external stickers applied to the product will not be accepted. 

  1. Freight and handling charges on returns of mistakenly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer. 

  2. A 20% restocking fee may apply on returns to Living Tree Company. All customers are responsible for reviewing MAP and online reseller agreements and must comply with the requirements for each distributed brand.
