Relaxation Tisane

This tea is great to help you relax and feel sleepy as you prepare for bedtime.

  • 4 cups boiling water

  • 4 tablespoons chamomile blossoms

  • 3 tablespoons lavender

  • 3 tablespoons lemon balm

  • 3 teaspoons honey (optional)


Stir boiling water, lavender, lemon balm, honey, and together in large heatproof bowl. Steep for 15 minutes.

You can strain water directly to your cup or into a teapot.
